WELCOME!

Welcome to Quilting Sisters Guild. 

We encourage you to browse our website and to join us at our meetings.  Our business meeting is the 2nd Thursday of the month at the First Christian Church, 1701 Vine St,  Leesburg, FL 34748.   Doors open at 9:00.  Members enjoy socializing before the business meeting that starts promptly at 9:30,  and we share our quilting accomplishments with each other during the Show and Tell.  We have Sit-and-Sew the remaining Thursdays of each month.

Our guild is open to anyone who is interested in quilting. Membership in Quilting Sisters Guild is from January 1 to December 31. Please click here to get a printable membership form.  Yearly dues are $50.  Dues from July through December are $25.  You may attend up to 2 meetings as a visitor before becoming a member.

QUILTS OF VALOR

A Quilt of Valor® (QOV) is a quality, handmade quilt that is machine or hand quilted. It is awarded to a Service Member or Veteran who has honorably served our country.  The Quilting Sisters of Florida(Group #16064) are local volunteers making and presenting Quilts of Valor to nominated recipients.

Although our QOV group is part of the national organization, each group is self-funded.  If you would like to help us continue providing healing Quilts of Valor, please make a donation using the QR code below or by check to the Quilting Sisters Guild/QOV Group at the address shown at the bottom of this page.
